The ASCE Library (http://ascelibrary.org) is the full-text database of ASCE digital content (journals, proceedings, e-books). It contains all journal articles, published by ASCE from 1983 to present, and proceedings, published by ASCE from 2000 to present. It also contains ASCE e-books and standards but TCNJ does not have a subscription to these titles.
The ASCE Library can be searched as a stand-alone database or searched along with other sources of civil engineering literature via Compendex (Computerized Engineering Index) which will link out to the full-text in the ASCE Library.
For the most comprehensive search of ASCE literature, especially older proceedings, use the Civil Engineering Database. This CEDB (http://cedb.asce.org) is a bibliographic database of all ASCE titles published since 1970, including print and electronic. If a record in the CEDB is available as an electronic download, the CEDB will include links to the ASCE Library for accessing the full-text download. Entries in CEDB go back to 1872 and some entries; especially proceedings may not be included in Compendex or not indexed completely in Compendex.
